Tuition for all Ages and Stages

We teach anybody willing to learn. From the age 5 years old up to any age. We can help you attain your music grades / certifications, and give you wonderful performance opportunities.

Quality Facilities

We have 2 sites in East London, with all that you need to study, learn, practice and perform. Our facilities include free parking, wheelchair access and disabled toilets.

Performance & Opportunity

You will be taught by music professionals with years of experience. (See our tutor profiles for more information.) The school is also connected with the Seventh-day Adventist Church and the HACS Philharmonia Chorus (formerly Hampstead Adventist Choral Society) and the HACS Philharmonic Orchestra. These organisations can provide you with opportunities to perform at various events, such as concerts, church services, festivals, and so on.

There are also opportunities to perform at external events, i.e. charity events, community events etc. For example, recently we performed at the Crown Coronation in front of the Nation.

How do I join the school?

Please email us in the first instance – info@elsomonline.org.uk and we will respond within 24 hours.

What age do you start teaching from?

From age 5 years old.

How long is each lesson?

All one-to-one practical sessions with your chosen instrument are 30 minutes. Music Theory classes are also 30 minutes.  Voice training and Guitar lessons are set at one hour sessions.

When are you open for teaching?

Our regular hours of teaching are from 10:00am on Sundays, 3:00pm Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays – for the first four Sundays/Mondays of every month. There are no lessons on the fifth Sunday. Fifth Sundays are reserved for Music Exams and/or catch up lessons.

What opportunities are there with this school?

What happens if I am unable to arrive for my lesson?

If it is a situation beyond your control, your tutor will reschedule the lesson. Otherwise, absences and late cancellations without 24 hours notice are chargeable at the full session rate.

What are the payment options?

All school fees, exam fees, music material etc to be paid via our school bank account. Please email info@elsomonline.org.uk for our school account details.

Can I register for more than one course?

Yes you can. Enter details of your preferred instrument(s) on the Enrolment Form which will be emailed to you.

I think I have gone past the age of being able to learn. Have I missed that bus?

Certainly not! We encourage people of all ages (from 5 years old) to learn this very valuable skill. Even if you are 100 years old and have an active brain, you are never too old! 🙂
